Arrived at the hotel, I thought I had booked a room with breakfast, I was informed that it was Room only. I mentioned at £130 room rate that I paid this did include a breakfast. So I asked the hotel what could they do and the response was that if I paid another £20 that world include the breakfast, which I declined as that would have made hotel £150 per night ( and it’s not worth that ). In the morning there was no milk provided so I could not even have a tea or coffee.
