Lovely clean room, good price including an excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me and my two girls when we had to book last minute. The lady at reception was an absolute gem! The waitress at breakfast made my daughter a perfect waffle when I failed miserably using the waffle maker. Late check out was really useful too. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff that made our stay stress free.
Breakfast is complimentary and available from 7am-10am during the weekdays and 8am-11am during weekends. We have a wide hot and cold selection available.
The closest car park to the hotel is Station Car Park which is directly opposite the hotel entrance however we recommend Times Square due to the price. The postcode is NE1 4AD. Register your registration plate number on check in to have discount applied ready for when paying on leaving the Car Park.
